Melissa Hinde

Assistant Vice President

Concentration on servicing large commercial accounts, as well as contract accounts
Has involvement with special projects, including streamlining internal processes
Assists the Accounting Department with accounts receivable discrepancies and is part of the Bond Department Quality Control Team

Helps train new hires and mentors seasoned employees in expanding their surety knowledge and skills
Chair of the R&P Culture Committee – starting and maintaining the quarterly internal newsletter

Currently serves as Secretary of the Philadelphia Surety Association
Began her career at First Sealord Surety as a Funds Control Contract Administrator and Underwriting Assistant, then joined Philadelphia Insurance Company, before joining R&P as an AVP
Graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and minors in Accounting & Finance

Was a member of the Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band at West Chester and has continued her passion by teaching color guard at many local area high schools
An avid Philadelphia Sports Fan – Go Eagles & Sixers!
